Remitter Steward: A steward who is registered in the EPRA program(s) and is responsible for reporting on the supply of obligated product and remitting applicable Environmental Handing Fees (EHF).

Pay-On-Purchase (POP) Steward: A steward may qualify as a POP if their supplier handles the reporting and remitting of the EHF to the EPRA program, and meets the following:

• Based, operating and supplying obligated product within a single province/territory;
• Sources all obligated products from Remitter Stewards;
• Does not manufacture or assemble obligated products.
